We are currently experiencing very high temperatures at the sanctuary and putting all of our efforts into keeping our residents cool and comdortable.

Education
We work with several local colleges, enabling students to get important hands-on experience working with some of our rescued domestic, farm, and exotic animals. We have also recently started working with veterinary students, helping them gain experience with animals with unique challenges they might not usually encounter while they kindly share their skills with us!

Our team is devoted to fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. This commitment is demonstrated through our active participation in various courses, skill-based training, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities. By engaging in these opportunities, we aim to enhance our expertise and stay current with the latest trends and innovations in animal welfare.

We have plenty of educational signs for you to read during your visit. These signs provide information about our residents and our work at the sanctuary. Our team is always happy to provide additional information and answer any questions you may have.
